Fast new costume question
I purchased the new costume set the day they came out.
I then wanted to purchase the set for a friend and give them the serial but the store will not let me add another one to the cart. My friend isn't able to access the email account associated with their account and I'm not sure how they go about sending the info and I do not want to purchase it if they are not able to get the serial code. Is there a way to purchase it to send it to my email? EDIT: A few people told me that it is applied automatically, but mine wasn't even after multiple GW restarts, i had to apply the keycode. Mine was applied to the account on it's own, and did not receive a code. I'm sure there was a reason behind why you did, but for the most part, I think the majority of people's buys from the GW Store are auto-apply.
Best bet is to solve his e-mail problem with NC Soft Support. |
